I dunno, this book was confusing, I recommend "How to win friends and influence people," by Dale Carnegie instead. Check out a cool quote below, it's cool because it doesn't make any sense ;-)
Then there is a question the author recommends asking, although if you asked me, I would be like, "Don't talk to me."
page 92-93: "To me, teaching the rules of negative questions is like teaching the rules of driving without a seatbelt. You don't need any rules if you don't do it."
Page 207: "If this was to be our very last conversation, what words of wisdom would you want to pass on to me?"
